She is Beauty (Garnier Melting Conditioner/Rosemary Oil)

Hey Ladies,

Ok so first off I have to say that I was so excited to receive a goody bag yesterday from Natalie of Baby Phat items…it really made my day. Thanks doll!! I am actually wearing the sunglasses today ;)

I baby sat my cousins new baby Carolina (who I adore by the way) a few weeks ago and when I left she gave me a few beauty goodies. I am back to sporting my curly bush, so I decided to try the Garnier yesterday to see how my curls turned out once they dried… I have always been a fan of Garnier products because of the light fruity scent.

My process

• I washed my hair twice
• I rinsed it and used the garnier conditioner
• I combed it through from root to tip
• I rinsed it, gently dried with a towel and immediately started scrunching it
• Then I used a diffuser for about 10 minutes

THE RESULTS:
Well my curls were definitely more defined than usual and there was less frizz but the only thing that bothered me was that my hair felt kind of greasy…like a light residue film was left. I like for my curls to be defined but I don’t like for them to look a little greasy. It’s weird because when I use just a few drops of the grape seed oil in my regular routine it doesn’t look greasy so there must be an ingredient in this that is kind of heavy. I mean if you have a ton of hair and want to control frizz it might help…

I may have also mentioned a while back that my edges looked like they were thinning and I didn’t know why. So just to give you an update..The Rosemary oil seems to be working. I am noticing less breakage in the front.

A++ for mentioning (and using) natural oils. I’ve been using a mixture of coconut and jojoba oils. Both are helping tremondously.
