I wanted to share these pics and the hair video from when Naturi Naughton was getting ready for the red carpet premier of Lottery Ticket in LA. I thought that Johnny Wright ( Artistic Style Director for Softsheen-Carson) did a great job with her curls….
He is right about pin curling right after you finish curling each piece to lock in the curl. I have been doing that for years when my hair is straight to give it more volume and the curls actually last for like two days.
Remember that at night your hairs natural oils will rub off on your sheets etc so it is so important to protect your hair at night. Using a satin or silk scarf/bonnet or even a satin pillowcase is a great way to prevent your hair from getting extra dry.
