She is beauty (Fade Cream)

I just want to say THANK YOU to all of my she-blogs readers. Your comments and emails really mean a lot to me. I deeply, deeply appreciate your continued support. I would like to dedicate a Wednesday beauty post sometime around Christmas to all of you. If you are interested in being highlighted all you have to do is email me a clear picture, your name, age if you want (lol) and a quote about anything that has to do with your feelings on success, unity, women’s empowerment, growth etc. I would love to hear from you! Also about two weeks ago I raved about the fusion flat iron and provided a link to the site but a few days ago I received an email from one of my fabulous readers saying that she found it on eBay for $80.00 and in Marshall’s and TJ Maxx for around $30.00. Thanks for sharing Sharon…you’re the best!

I have a few dark marks on my face that I am NOT thrilled about and I am not talking about my freckles. Ya know those little annoying dark scars that sometimes develop from a nasty little break out here and there….urghhhhh. I am not obsessed over them but they just aren’t cute and I need them gone yesterday ;). Fade creams are great for eliminating skin discolorations. They can also help to create an even looking complexion.
So I went on a hunt for the perfect fade cream. I ended up buying Palmer’s Skin Success and was absolutely amazed at the results. I noticed results in two weeks. Now ladies you have to be careful because applying fade cream is very tedious and has to be done correctly. The fade cream has to be exactly on the mark and not around it or you could cause your skin to possibly look splotchy. I use the end of my metal nail cuticle pusher to apply the cream. I clean the cuticle pusher with warm soap water then I dip the point of it in the jar of fade cream so that when I take it out the fade cream is at a point. Then I take the pointy fade cream and slowly dot it on two to three marks and repeat the process for the rest of my face and even some parts of my body. For my skin, the dark mark first gets slightly red and then goes away. Now marks that have been on your skin for years could take more time to fade than newer marks. I am happy I found a winner.

Peace and Love,
Ally

I have those pesky dark spots too. I am using the New Ambi collection. So far I am seeing a difference. Have you tried it or any of your readers? I just want to make sure that it is truly working and not me just imagining things.

    Thanks

Luckily when I do break out, the dark marks go away. One thing I am starting to notice is that I’m getting little light brown moles on my face, (not the raised ones thank goodness) I think they’re kinda cute, but what’s that all about?

@ Shirley, I have been hearing good things about Ambi.

Hmmm Arlice, are you sure the moles aren’t freckles?
Freckles are small, flat, pigmented spots on the skin and they aren’t usually present at birth. They develop in time as a result of sun exposure. My freckles didn’t start showing up until I was like 9 years old…
Moles can be raised or flat and can develop almost anywhere on the body. They often become more prominent with age.

    Peace,
    Ally

    Shirley,
I heard good things about Ambi products as well. Never tried their fade cream before but if you are using it on a regular basis then it probably is working. One way to really tell is to take a close up picture of your skin now and in a month from now and zoom in and see if you notice a difference.

I have a few of those dark marks myself and hadn’t read or talked to anyone who has used fade creams with any success. Thanks for sharing. I might give this a try.
