The question of whether or not to take ethics and company social responsibility into organization is an ongoing one. " Business integrity is the research of proper business guidelines and techniques regarding possibly controversial problems such as bribery, discrimination and company social responsibilityвЂќ (www.investopedia.com/terms/b/business-ethics.asp). The objective of this article is to discuss the fights for and against delivering ethics and corporate social responsibility into organization. There are three arguments against bringing ethics into business. The 1st argument would be that the availability of cost-free markets as well as the pursuit of revenue can be assured benefit for all members from the community (Velasquez, 1998). Because of this regardless of integrity, companies can easily contribute to the development requirements with the public. For instance , there are some corporations in Saudi which contribute to the provision of some modern medical equipment to the basic hospitals to boost the health treatment. There is a counter-argument to this. Typically have his or her target just profit and the reduction of costs without paying attention to the interests of society. For example, some industrial facilities flow substance waste in rivers and lakes, as a result affecting seafood, which is regarded an important meals source pertaining to humans. The second argument is definitely the loyal agent's argument (Velasquez, 1998). Occasionally in business people have the right to decline something which is conflict using their ethics. For instance , a Muslim woman was working in a apparel store plus the boss asked her to adopt off her headscarf and adorn himself to attract buyers, but the female told him that her religion did not allow her to do that plus the manager attempted forcing her.
