A – Diversity: So not that people are a similar and that each person have different experiences, skills, knowledge, race, age, gender, sex orientation. Working in a nursery with children from civilian parents and Army parents I i am fortunate to access witness multiple culture, competition or kids from differing backgrounds. Seeing the kids on a daily basis makes me see how diverse the community is around all of us.
B – Equality: Dealing with people in a way that is appropriate for their situation alongside equivalent opportunities. Not just one child may be the same. Whether or not they are from a different country, different backdrop or distinct race every single child is unique. Even though each child could possibly be unique that is not mean they get unique treatment. My spouse and i treat all my children since equals and gives each child the same options as the past or the subsequent.
C- Inclusion: Allowing everybody equal access to a service no matter gender, disability, religion, age, etc . Not really once would I sole a child out from play, food period or naptime.
