Over the past couple of years RR Supply, Inc has run into problems causing put off personnel, restrict spending, cut additional bonuses and вЂtighten their belts. ' Staff morale is down and there is new existing employee attitude of doing as little as possible. A notion of favoritism is pervasive throughout the business.
